2) On the ActiveSync window, choose the Explore button.  This will be the drop destination.

3)  On the desktop, go to My Computer and find your cs_pub.mdb file.  The factory default location is: C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data\Main\cs_pub.mdb.

3a) The Paraphrase verbiage is imported similarly, except the factory default location of the Paraphrase verbiage is:  C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Paraphrase\Paraphrase.mdb

4)  You will get several messages during the import process.  Simply agree with each of them.

5)  The verbiage import process takes about 2 minutes.  When complete, you will get a message that some might think is an error message, but it is not.

6)  When your cs_pub.mdb file is completed importing to the Pocket PC, and if you have made changes to the subjective verbiage or activated, inactivated or created new diagnosis ICD entries, choose the menu option in the lower left-hand corner and choose REFRESH LOCAL VERBIAGE,  .
