Q: I have added a network station to my Network, I get an unexpected error message, or there are not any available site names? A: The Data Path needs to be set. Click the Start button, Programs, ChiroPlus Suite or Chiro Suite, and then click on ChiroPlus Database 32 or Database 32. Then click on location, Click the ellipsis button (three dot button) to the right of the Public folder or Public Work Group folder. Then you will want the double click on the Network Neighborhood/Network Places, and then double click on the computer where the data is located. You may have to click on entire Network to view the computers, as a reminder each network is setup differently. Once you have found the computer where your data is located on you should a shared c-drive or shared Chirosoft folder double click on the shared item. If the c-drive is shared then double click Program files, double click Chirosoft, then highlight the data folder and click OK . The public folder should for example read \\Server\c-drive\Chirosoft\Data For Version9.x and higher you will need to double click the data folder and then Highlight the Chirosoft.mdw file (the .mdw may not show) then click open and the public workgroup folder should for example read:
\\Server\c-drive\Chirosoft\Data\Chirosoft.mdw |
