Q: I have gotten a new computer or the hard drive crashed on my data server computer, what do I need to do to reinstall?

A: Install the your most recent CD-ROM that you have previously installed and any updates that you downloaded from the web. Then restore the backup of your data.

If you have been backing up C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data, restore the data folder, if you are asked to overwrite or replace the data folder, answer yes or OK.
