Upgrading database from Paraphrase versions 1.0 to Paraphrase version 1.1 and higher.

1.  Open database using Microsoft Access 97. 

2.  Open the data table named tblCategory.

3.  Add a new field to tblCategory named strCategoryID, which is a text field of 50 characters, Required:  No; Allow Zero Length:  No; Indexed:  Yes, Duplicates OK.

4.  Run the ParaphraseUpgrade.exe utility executable to initialize the strCategoryID fields.  This upgrade utility is distributed in the 12/3/01 or later releases of ParaSetup.exe
